Tone City King of Blues is a dual ChannelOverdrive inspired by the highly-desirable overdrive for musicians.
One design element that really separates thisstompbox from other similar pedals is its 2-in-1 format. This means that youhave access to two overdrive flavors, providing excellent tonal variation.
Dual Channel
Channel A is a powerful and potent overdrivewith plenty of mid-range, It can run from clean boost to high gain overdrive, always with emphasizing the most pleasant mid-frequency of the guitar.
Channel B is a smooth overdrive with lessmid-range and has a fatter, warm and more dynamic bass quality.
So the mid-focused sound of Channel A makes itideal for playing solos or heavy riffs with, capable of cutting through mixes.Channel B is therefore more suitable for subtle lead moments, where you don'tneed to be the loudest in the band but still need all the sustain and responsefor a warm and musical tone.
King Of Blues makes work simple. These twochannels do not interact with each other because they work completeindependently.
With both channels featuring 3 dedicated knobs- gain, volume and tone. These controls are the staples of the overdrive world, with the single tone control allowing you to introduce more top-end presence ifyou're plugged into a dark-sounding amplifier.
